The Fighting Monks of Shaolin are an amazing, amazing group of Monks who perform absolutely spectacular feats.

We were shown advanced Kung Fu practices which involved twisting your body in various ways or putting them in airborne, impossible positions.

We were shown advanced Kung Fu practices which involved twisting your body in various ways or putting them in airborne, impossible positions.
</p>
<p>On occasion, a skill using great Qi (chi) concentration would be performed. One of these was when a monk stood with two spears pointed directly on his throat, and he was able to push all his force on to them without a scratch.
</p>
<p>Such performances as this, the monk hanging twenty feet in the air from a rope, two monks sandwiched between a bed of swords and nails having cement being broken over them, and of course, the monk with the bowl suctioned to his belly.
